Cancellation Policy

1. Booking and Payment: - Reservations must be made in advance to ensure availability. - Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the rental. 2. Cancellation and Refunds: - Full Refund: Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled rental time. - Partial Refund (50%): Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled rental time. - No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled rental time or in case of no-shows. 3. Rescheduling: - Rentals can be rescheduled without penalty if done more than 48 hours in advance. - Last-minute rescheduling (less than 48 hours before the rental) will incur a fee equivalent to 25% of the rental cost. 4. Use of Facilities and Equipment: - Renters must comply with all facility rules and regulations. - Renters are responsible for any damage to the facilities or equipment caused during their rental period. - Equipment must be returned in the same condition as it was provided. Any loss or damage will be charged to the renter. 5. Safety and Supervision: - Appropriate supervision must be provided by the renter for all activities. - Renters must ensure that all participants are briefed on safety procedures and facility rules. 6. Liability: - The renter agrees to release and hold harmless the facility and its staff from any liabilities or claims arising from the use of the rental facilities and equipment. - Renters must provide proof of insurance if requested.
